Ciao Amichi,

Ok, so I’m taking a quick break from my studying to blog (I can’t help it, it’s been a tough 3 days of studying).  So, I’m a little low on groceries, partly because rent is due, and partly because I was too lazy to go to Trader Joes.  And so with only a few veggies, it was time to call Super Mummy for some cooking tips.  …after a little cutting of shallots, boiling of brown rice, steaming of artichoke, and sautee-ing of carrots in olive oil and brown sugar.  The result is…

Ruffino  chianti Superiore is a bold red wine wit peppery and bark hints from Tuscany Italy.  It is a drier red wine so pair it with something sweet.  Ruffino Chianti Superiore can be picked up at Trader Joes for around $13 dollars.
