Honestly, I have yet to try a Tempranillo I didn't like, and Bracamonte keeps that tradition going. The 2012 displayed a cherry, lemon, and soil aroma. You'll get some cherry…and maybe chalk on the palate, with an unsophisticated but clean finish. I drank this wine as a aspertif (since my quiche was taking too long to heat up in the microwave) but I'd love to give it a try again with some tacos, or pizza. If you get a chance to try Bracamonte's Tempranillo leave a comment and let me know what you think of it.
